Rustic park in convienent locations leaving Florida. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the back trails exploring as we rented a golf cart to run the trails. The park was not crowded so rv's were spaced well. Our site was a back-in in the circle, level with full hook-ups. we have stayed at this site several times, never being disappointed with the friendly service of the staff. This park is one of our ROD parks, rates are really zero except for membership fees.

Great location, view of gulf. Only negative was we could not stay longer, it was booked.

Great location, just off I-10 and close to Biloxi. The only negative was when it rained, the park developed rivers between the sites. There appeared to be many long-term residents or FEMA occupants but as a whole the park was very clean, and safe.

We discovered Green Caye after having a bad stay at Bay RV Park. This is a beautifully kept park, very clean. The spaces are large; each space has a picnic table and trash can that is emptied each day. There is a par-9 golf course next door which only enhances the park. We stayed here a week and will return.

This park was a disappointment. From it's advertisement, we thought we were going to a new, up to date park. It is obvious that the last hurricane did damage to the area and it is not yet up to being completed. Our major concern was 50 amp electrical continued to pop on the post, we had to downgrade to 30amp to keep the power running. It was raining when we came in, the spaces numbers are hard to read when the post are wet or dark. The cement pads are too small, it was raining and we stepped onto the mud that surround the small area of cement-pad. No picnic tables or patio areas around the pad were available. Our assigned space was loaded with tobacco butts, hundreds to thousands covered the ground around the pad. The area around the park was depressing with all the damage from the hurricane, and the park was a distance from shopping.

Nice park in central part of the state of state road 60. We stayed 6 weeks and enjoyed ourselves very much. Lots of activities scheduled daily, friendly staff and campers, lots of return snowbirds and full-time residents. We plan to return.

We stayed here for our week out of Thousand Trails and was disappointed with the park. Staff was not friendly, spaces were very short and very unlevel. Our patio was cracked and unlevel. Like most RV parks in Florida there are many full-time residents here in rigs that are old and not street worthy anymore. We probably will not stay here again.

We spent one month at this RV park. From previous posting, we decided to check the park out before moving our rig there. We found it very clean and updated. There are many full time residents living there, but their units were clean and kept in good shape. It appeared older units were removed. The park was friendly; many snowbirds from Canada but English speaking. The only problem is the park is not gated and bikes were stolen nightly by outside residents. It was suggested to us to remove our front wheels. We did have some electric problems on our space, but the park was quick to fix only after we had to take our rig to Conley for repairs. We would return to this park.

A bit far from Denver, but the closest on the east side of town. Seems most of the parks are located north of Denver, but since we wanted to be through the city when we left and not have to deal with traffic this was a good location for us. The staff was very friendly, sites were clean and level. The park had a nice charm, we would stay again.

We stayed here for two months at special mo. rate. Staff was extreamly helpful and freindly, lots of planned activities from pool to woodworking, etc. but events do not really start until near November when we left. The pool/spa area was exceptional, we felt we were in the Bahamas with all the tropical plants. Great bike riding as the park is huge but fairly empty until the snowbirds show up. Several lakes within the park to walk around, fish, or just look at but location was near year-round park models. Three great activitiy centers, 3 laundries, very pet friendly with two areas fensed for you dog to run and pet wash stations. Great place, won several awards, high security, gated. We would return.

Nice location off freeway, but not much freeway noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park has a beautiful setting, even flowers on the tables. Pool and spa was clean and open for use. Our dog had her own spot to run that was fenced in for the dogrun, very nice. We would stay again.

Friendly office staff, small store. Internet was hard to connect at first but eventually connected. Nothing special with the park, just a clean over-night place to park, convenient to freeway. Park seem to be nested inside a mobile home setting, road was a bit bumpy with speedbumps and potholes.

A great park to stay in while in Salt Lake City area, close to everything and lots of activities planned. During the week, there was water aerobics in the morning, games, movies several times per week in the evening, ice cream social on Saturday. Staff was friendly and helpful in all areas of the park. There is also a free shuttle every hour to Temple Square from the park.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating when we checked in early, before check-out time. They gave us a choice of several large sites in the back two rows that would accomodate our rig with three slides and tow. Wi-Fi was excellent, cable TV did cost an additional $3 but with all the trees it was worth not messing with the satellite dish. The sites were all sloped uphill as it is on the edge of a mountain but our jacks accomodated the incline well. We would return as the location was excellent for our travels.

This was our fourth stop at the park coming into and leaving Florida, location is right on 1-75. The park was quiet this time, no major entertainment going on, people very friendly. We were happy to see they have wi-fi throughout the park from the sites and cable television as it is impossible with all the trees to get satellte reception otherwise. We have enjoyed our stays at SOSMP and will return with our ROD membership.

We parked right next to the lake by the dam. It was a gorgeous site and quiet. Unfortunately, no sewer by the lake but short-term it is not a problem. It appears that there are many long-time residents here but there are several sites open for overnight stays. Free wi-fi from the rig but no cable tv and setting up TV was difficult, local channels are weak. We loved the park and would come back.

The park is very crowded during the winter. The staff is friendly but we found there were so many foreigners in the park not speaking English that we felt like outsiders. Most of the winter residence were regulars and gather together at the pools and activity centers. The park has a lot to offer as far as events and things to do, location is right off I-4 and easy to get around. There is a charge for Internet and the reception is good from the sites.

Ww found this to be a wonderful park setting just miles from the Texas boarder off the 35. We found this listed in our Escapees book but ended up saving even more money as they gave a RPI discount and charged us $8.00 instead of the $18.00. The pool was beautiful with a rock waterfall and large spa and refreshing and clean after a long drive on the road. The clubhouse was open during the evening and several friendly people were inside playing games. They had two pool tables free to guests which we enjoyed. They have special rates for long-term people. We would return.

We stayed at the park over Memorial weekend...what a wonderful place, a lot of planned activities for young and old. Full breakfast served in clubhouse for $4 per person, free bar-b-que in the afternoon followed by live music in the clubhouse, ice cream social on Sunday, etc.... We rented from property owner at rate lower than management...beautiful place. I would definetely come back and recommend to anyone looking for a remote, beautiful place with golf, pools, spas, tennis, and fun!
